Two young local musos play wild ‘n’ windy blues tunes on a boat. Wharf side crowd antics may ensue.
The Fillmore Brothers make honest guitar pop drawing inspiration from their everyday surroundings. Jack and Seamus Fillmore feed off each other’s creativity to write and perform original music reflecting on their lives as young Australians. The coastal town of Apollo Bay and a healthy diet of great songwriters like Bob Dylan, Paul Kelly, Robert Forster etc, formed the brothers sound.’ Their songs fall in the same vein as many contemporary distinctly Australian voices such as Twerps, Courtney Barnett, Dick Diver and Fraser A Gorman.
